My classes encourage you to listen to your body, modify as needed, honor your energy, choose your own level of intensity, and connect to your breath. It’s YOUR workout!

Bellyfit® is a uniquely feminine holistic movement class for the mind, body and soul to bring out your inner goddess with a gentle fusion of fitness, belly dance and yoga. Expect a short grounding meditation, 35 minutes of feminine cardio dance moves, and 20 minutes of core, flow and stretching on the yoga mat. You’ll love how you feel! All levels welcome.

Bellyfit Flow™ is a slow, flowy fusion of vinyasa yoga-inspired fitness, sacred belly dance, and meditation done entirely on the yoga mat and set to powerful music for a divine feminine workout. Feel strong, sexy and sacred! All levels welcome.

Not Extreme Bootcamp

I don’t believe in “no pain, no gain.” My classes promote a healthy mind-body connection and a positive body image. These classes are moderate intensity, emotionally uplifting, and a whole lot of fun.

Not Dance Classes

While I emphasize proper body alignment to avoid injuries, you don’t have to have dance experience to fit in here. Our routines are easy to follow and build with repetition. Nothing to memorize or perform.

Not Sexual or Explicit

My classes promote the grace and sensuality of feminine bodies in a safe, effective, empowering way that is expressive, not erotic. Appropriate for all ages and stages.

Just did your 30-minute Empower Dance (online) and it was great! I felt like I was right in the room with you dancing, and the moves were easy enough to learn at a pace I can manage as a 42-year-old mom of two who doesn't do a whole lot of exercise. I broke a sweat without feeling exhausted and sang along with songs that were fun. The cooldown came right at the time when I needed it to.
