If you’re looking for a fun, energizing, stress-releasing, emotionally supportive, confidence-boosting, spiritually uplifting workout in a safe, supportive space, you are exactly where you should be!

My classes encourage you to listen to your body, modify as needed, honor your energy, choose your own level of intensity, and connect to your breath. It’s YOUR workout!

You should leave each class feeling relaxed, rejuvenated, radiant, inspired and supported by a community of amazing women just like you.

Bellyfit® is a uniquely feminine holistic movement class for the mind, body and soul to bring out your inner goddess with a gentle fusion of fitness, belly dance and yoga. Expect a short grounding meditation, 35 minutes of cardio dance moves, and 20 minutes of core, flow and stretching on the yoga mat. Feel strong, sexy and sacred! All levels welcome.

6-week Fall Session: Sept 12 – Oct 17, 2022

Bellyfit Sage™ honors the femininity and wisdom of older women ages 65+ with a fusion of fitness, dance and yoga at a slower, more mindful pace without sacrificing effectiveness, sensuality or fun. Enjoy 40 mins of gentle flowing cardio and 20 mins of strength and stretching with the support of a chair. This class is also a lovely option for women recovering from an injury who want to slowly ease back into their workout.

6-week Fall Session: Sept 15 – Oct 20, 2022

Empower Dance is an original, cardio, dance fitness program set to upbeat, pop music with powerful lyrics about self-love, confidence, and inner strength. These fun, easy-to-follow dances to music from girl-power artists like Meghan Trainor, Sia, and Shakira will give you a workout that leaves you physically energized, emotionally supported, and spiritually empowered. Dance like nobody’s watching!

Not Extreme Bootcamp

I don’t believe in “no pain, no gain.” My classes promote a healthy mind-body connection and a positive body image. These classes are moderate intensity, emotionally uplifting, and a whole lot of fun.

Not Dance Classes

While I emphasize proper body alignment to avoid injuries, you don’t have to have dance experience to fit in here. Our routines are easy to follow and build with repetition. Nothing to memorize or perform.

Not Sexual or Explicit

My classes promote the grace and sensuality of feminine bodies in a safe, effective, empowering way that is expressive, not erotic. Appropriate for all ages and stages.

Just did your 30-minute Empower Dance (online) and it was great! I felt like I was right in the room with you dancing, and the moves were easy enough to learn at a pace I can manage as a 42-year-old mom of two who doesn't do a whole lot of exercise. I broke a sweat without feeling exhausted and sang along with songs that were fun. The cooldown came right at the time when I needed it to.
