By participating in this sound bath, you acknowledge the complementary nature of sound healing, understand that it is not a replacement for medical or psychological treatment, and agree that individual experiences may vary. I give Hingham Community Center, and Tracy Durso the absolute right and permission to use photographs and/or video images of me on its web site and in other forms of publicity and advertising. I release, Tracy Durso, its videographer, photographer, employees, instructors, agents, heirs and designees from liability for any violation of any personal or proprietary right I may have in connection with such use.
