Register for Fall 2022 - Step 1 of 2
This mind-body workout honors the femininity and wisdom of older women ages 65+ with a fusion of fitness, dance and yoga at a slower, more mindful pace without sacrificing effectiveness, sensuality or fun. Enjoy 40 mins of gentle flowing cardio and 20 mins of strength and stretching with the support of a chair. This class is also a lovely option for women recovering from an injury who want to slowly ease back into their workout.
